We offer support services that are delivered conveniently at your doorstep.Nominal charges apply only when the problem is resolved.
For non-commercial users, we offer telephonic/remote support to solve their problems immediately.
This support is provided free of charge.
Commercial Users General App Support
We deliver and provide support services to contracted premises, subject to the acceptance of our delivery terms. Additionally, we offer maintenance contracts upon agreement to our delivery policy and terms.
For telephonic/remote support, we provide assistance at a rate of Rs. 150 plus applicable taxes per 20-minute slot per computer.
Commercial Users - Standard & Premium Support.
For telephonic/remote support, we have two more options available:
- Standard Support: Telephonic support is provided at a rate of Rs. 350 plus applicable taxes per 20-minute slot per computer.
- Premium Support: Telephonic support is provided at a rate of Rs. 650 plus applicable taxes per 20-minute slot per computer.
Please note that these rates are subject to change and may vary based on specific terms and conditions.
